With all fifteen members of Pick and Roll's 2016/17 All-Australian teams returning to college this season, spots in this year's preseason top 10 were incredibly hard to come by, with seven of the ten spots filled by players who were in the 2016/17 end-of-season top 10, even despite the recent news of a season-ending injury to 2016/17 Player of the Year, Alicia Froling.
