Earlier today at Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC), Lauren Jackson AO was announced as the new Head of Women in Basketball. Olympian, lawyer and corporate consultant, Tal Karp, who formerly represented Australia with the Matildas, will be committing to an advisory role to support Jackson and Basketball Australia in developing a whole of sport strategy focusing on women and girls, that will also align with action plans for the WNBL.
