Uluc: William McDowell-White to sign Exhibit 10 with Houston Rockets
The 2019 NBA draft came and went, with no Australians being called up. But Summer League will feature multiple Australians, and William McDowell-White will be there with the Houston Rockets.
According to Fox Sports Australia's Olgun Uluc, McDowell-White will be going on an Exhibit 10 deal with Houston.

What is the Exhibit 10?
The Exhibit 10 should not be a new thing for Australian basketball fans. The Exhibit 10 deal is essentially a training camp commitment, with added incentives, should the player continue with his team's G League affiliate, following a waiver.
Last season, Boomers forward Mitch Creek signed a similar contract with the Brooklyn Nets. He was waived and signed a couple of 10-day contracts with the Nets. Creek was eventually waived again, and committed to the Long Island Nets. In March, Creek signed a 10-day deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves, where he made a strong impression.
Creek will be heading back to this year's Summer League and the Timberwolves' training camp.

Sudanese-Australian forward Deng Adel was also signed to an Exhibit 10 with the Toronto Raptors last season. Adel eventually joined the Raptors 905, Toronto's affiliate team, and moved on to the Cleveland Cavaliers on a two-way contract in January, where he shuttled between the Cavaliers and the Canton Charge, Cleveland's G League team.
McDowell-White will participate in Summer League and training camp. Outcomes could vary from being signed to the Rockets' roster, or be switched to a two-way deal, or in the worst circumstance, be waived and stick the season out with the Rio Grande Valley Vipers, their affiliate team.
