The 2024 National Junior Classic has arrived! We preview each division ahead of what is sure to be three massive days of hoops.
Some of best junior teams from around the country are set to go head-to-head in Victoria as we embark on another National Junior Classic.
Once again, the King’s Birthday long weekend will provide an opportunity for some of the top young talent from Australia to showcase what they’ve got on the big stage.
Let’s take a look at the major contenders in each division.
UNDER 12
Boys

2024 Contenders:
There are a number of contenders for the U12 boys division, which since COVID-19 has seen two different winners from different stats.
Frankston sits atop the VJBL VC Championship ladder and have been well led by Leo McInnes who is averaging a remarkable 22.1 points per game. This season he has even registered a 34-point performance which, incredibly at this age, included six made threes.
