The New York Liberty have gone for three on the trot, with some solid performances from Rebecca Allen's team to stamp their authority so far this season.

The Liberty kicked things off this week against Phoenix, and took home an 88-72 point victory on their home court. Allen was able to add 4 points for her side's win.

Leilani Mitchell was the standout of Aussies for the match however, putting together a healthy 10 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists as she continues to make her mark. Cayla George had 2 points and 5 rebounds, and Steph Talbot added 2 rebounds and 1 assist as she continued her role as a starter.

The Liberty kept up their good form against the Dream later in the week to make it three in a row, winning 76-61 with Allen contributing 5 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 blocked shots for the match.

Seattle fell short to Minnesota this week, going down at 100-77. Sami Whitcomb wasn’t able to contribute a lot, but managed 2 assists and 2 steals off the bench. Her side was out-muscled inside the paint as the Lynx dominated on the boards.

However things turned around for the Storm when they came up against San Antonio, overcoming them at 85-76. Whitcomb made 3 points off the bench as the Storm relied upon their trusted stars to take this one home.
