The NBL has had its up and downs since the turn of the century, but one constant has been the quality of players in the league.

From star imports with less than five years competing in Australia, to local legends who were staples of the league for over a decade, we’ve seen it all.

To acknowledge the last 25 years of the league, here are the top 25 players from the year 2000 to now.

1. Bryce Cotton

We start with the layup of all layups.

Four-time (likely to be five soon) MVP, seven-time All-NBL First Team, seven-time NBL scoring champion, two-time Grand Final MVP, three championships, and in the top three players in league history.

Bryce Cotton is by far and away the most deserving of this spot. He has defined a generation of the NBL and doesn’t seem close to slowing down.
