Every young boy that plays basketball growing up dreams of one day playing in the NBA. You shoot in your backyard or your driveway and pretend you’re hitting the winning shot in the dying seconds of a big game.

Owen Foxwell was no different. As a kid growing up in the suburbs of Melbourne, with a father who loved and played the sport at a high level, he was exposed to the NBA at a young age. His dad, Steve, was a big Lakers fan and that rubbed off on Foxwell.
