Craig Moller is playing on a team that has undergone severe personnel and managerial changes this season. He is playing for a coach who didn’t want him to play for the Boomers in February, and who acquired another forward while he was away in Japan. He is playing for an organisation that sits at the bottom of the German Bundesliga table and faces a very real possibility of relegation to the second division this year.

Moller, the 27-year-old NBL champion who left the comforts of Sydney last season to join s.Oliver Würzburg in the German top-flight, has lodged a standout season in Europe, where he has found an expanded role on a side that will desperately need his contributions to stay in the Bundesliga.
