Ben Simmons might be drawing all the attention, however there is another Aussie big man who continues to turn heads, that man is Majok Deng. Deng helped Louisiana Monroe break their 4-game losing streak with a much-needed 85-74 victory over Troy. The 6'10 forward was simply too big and too good for the Trojans, matching his career-high with a game-leading 33 points on an impressive 12/20 shooting. He monstered his opponents inside and out, connecting on 4/9 from long-range and 5/7 from the line with 6 rebounds, 2 assists and 3 blocked shots. South Alabama were his next 'victim', as Deng collected a further 17 points (9/10 FT) with 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks as the Warhawks won easily, 100-68.
