We’re knocking on the door the 2026 NBL1 season!
It’s been a silly season of players changing teams, and states as teams look to load up for another big campaign.
Like always, we’ve got you covered this year with every conference’s key contenders and players to watch. Our big calls are back again, although in hindsight, 2025’s call of Elijah Pepper averaging 30+ points per game seems a bit more like a layup.

SOUTH
Women
Past champions: Knox (2025), Waverley (2024), Bendigo (2023), Ringwood (2022), Kilsyth (2019)
Contenders
Did someone say back-to-back? Knox look to be STACKED once again, with Kristy Wallace, Agnes Emma-Nnopu, Paige Bradley, and Paige Burrows all amongst those that have re-signed. They have also pulled off a big move but winning the signature of Haliegh Reinoehl, the long-time Mount Gambier star.
