Mitch Creek signs 10-day deal with Minnesota Timberwolves
The NBA dream remains alive for Mitch Creek, who inked a new deal, this time with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The deal was announced on Twitter by Minnesota's PR Twitter handle, and first broken by The Athletic's Jon Krawczynski.

This contract will be Creek's third this season - he had played for the Brooklyn Nets earlier this season on two 10-day contracts, averaging 3.8 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.3 assists in 9 minutes a game.
Mitch Creek becomes the fourth Australian to play for the Timberwolves, following in the footsteps of Shane Heal, Luc Longley, and Nathan Jawai.
With the Timberwolves facing depth issues, the Australian forward will likely be able to make an appearance in their final six regular season games, which starts with a home game against the Portland Trail Blazers.
Creek's signing follows fellow Aussie Isaac Humphries' commitment to the Atlanta Hawks earlier in the week. Like Creek, the 7'2 Humphries is also on a 10-day deal, and was with the G League's Erie Bayhawks.
