The Adelaide 36ers moved quickly to assemble a complete playing roster, locking in ten full-time contracts as well as Next Star Josh Giddey early in free agency. The group had the appearance of an unfinished one however, given that it lacked some balance, starter level talent, and just one import spot was used.
