The Under-20 National Championships are always a bumper week of hoops, and this year was no exception. The best young players in the country descended on Ballarat and put on a show, producing one of the most entertaining tournaments in recent memory.

The women’s bracket was wide open heading into the tournament, with a handful of teams right in the mix for the title. No team ran the gauntlet undefeated and every team had at least one double-digit loss, showing the even spread of talent across the country and the rising quality of hoops nationwide. It’s tough to pick out the standouts from such a crowded field, but we’re taking a look at just a handful of the stars that stood up and showed out on the national stage.

All stats referenced are from hoopsDB. Due to a system issue at the tournament, quarter-final stats were not recorded and are not included.
