EuroView: EuroLeague kicks off for George, Hurst and Jarry
Australia's Natalie Hurst has played for Hatay in Turkey for years now and is continuing to deliver, producing a game high 21 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists in their 1 point loss to Yakin Dogu BGD. The point guard produced a brilliant game and played a herculean 39 minutes, proving again that she's still got it.
Hatay also played their first EuroLeague game over the past week, a loss to Nadezhda. Hurst played the entire 40 minutes and created 5 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists in a tough 12 points loss for her team.

Nicole Seekamp stood up for AZS Gorzow Wielkopolski in their win over Energa Torun in Poland. The emerging point guard scored 21 points with 5 rebounds and 5 assists, while fellow Australian Steph Talbot also provided influence with 8 points, 10 rebounds and 2 assists. This game was going to be a test for the first ranked side, however AZS Gorzow Wielkopolski were able to cut their opponents recent winning streak from the get go and making it a 26 point win.
Tess Madgen just keeps scoring. The Aussie notched up 21 points in Lublin's win over Ostrovia also in Poland. A 24-4 third quarter effort by Lublin proved too strong for their 9th ranked counterparts, and were able to get a 51-67 win under their belt. Madgen endured a 38 minute game where she also contributed on the boards (4) and created opportunities for her team-mates (3 assists).
Abby Bishop has made an impact in her first game with Tarbes, helping them to their first victory of the season after scoring 21 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists in their 9 point win over highly ranked Nantes. Bishop was the 2nd top scorer for the match and was trusted with 38 minutes on the court as she assisted her side in dominating inside the paint.
Uniqa Sopron have come away with a win in their first EuroLeague match against CCC Polkowice. Cayla George provided 14 points and 9 rebounds in a solid effort to give her side the win.

Rachel Jarry's BLMA side won their first EuroLeague match against Mersin in Turkey. Jarry scored 11 points, 4 rebounds and 4 assists in an influential game that proved tough to score all night for both teams.

Nicole Romeo has produced another standout game for Campus Promete in Spain, contributing 22 points and 5 rebounds in their 5 point loss to Gernika. It was a solid effort for her 7th ranked team who were coming up against a team ranked 3rd, however they couldn't produce a last quarter to edge them in front.
Rebecca Allen's Good Angels Košice were able to secure yet another win, this time in the European Cup. Their impressive 15-point win over Miskoic Aluinvent was helped by Allen's 8 points and 4 rebounds. Her side also dealt Cassovia an absolute smashing, as they won by a margin of 87 with a scoreline of 109-22. Allen top scored with 22 points and 4 rebounds.
Dynamo Moscow were given an absolute hiding by Angel McCoughtry and Dynamo Kursk, as they were beaten by a huge 38 points. Alex Bunton was influential for Dynamo Moscow, providing 11 points and 5 rebounds but it was a tough day in the office for Katie-Rae Ebzery and the rest of Dynamo Moscow.
