Eight NBL23 games to mark in your calendar as not to miss
The NBL fixture is out so it's time to get out your highlighters and lock the top games in.
The NBL has dropped the 2022/23 season fixture and with less than three months to go until it all gets underway, we’ve already circled a few big games.
Obviously, if you’re a big fan of a specific team you will be locked into those fixtures. But the following eight games are ones that all hoops fans should take the time out to tune into.
So here it is, our eight must-watch fixtures for NBL23…
Perth v Brisbane (October 2)
Perth’s first home game of the new year will see them enter a whole new world, one in which they aren’t coming in off the back of a finals appearance. Throw in a new coach and a bevy of new players and October 2 at RAC Arena should be an entertaining and intriguing spectacle.
John Rillie’s reign will also feature the return of a newly NBA-drafted Luke Travers and a star guard new to the red colours, Corey Webster. Throw in 203cm, 105kg excitement machine TaShawn Thomas and the Red Army should be chomping at the bit to see their team’s home opener.
