Ben Simmons leaves game against Magic with back tightness
Ben Simmons left today's game against the Orlando Magic with what the Philadelphia 76ers are saying is back tightness.
Simmons started the game, and left with 4:19 remaining in the first quarter. He appeared to be leaving for his customary rest, but was then accompanied by trainers into the Sixers locker room and did not return.
Philadelphia confirmed Simmons is suffering from back tightness, although there is no official word on the severity of Simmons' injury.
The reigning Rookie of the Year scored 4 points and collected 4 assists in his short stint.
