Ben Simmons cracks top 3 in Australian NBA jersey sales
Australia is officially all in on the Ben Simmons hype train - that is, if you take into account the NBA's latest jersey sale figures in Australia.
The reining NBA Rookie of the Year comes in at No. 3 on the list, only trailing future Hall of Fame inductees, the Los Angeles Lakers LeBron James (No. 1), and Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade (No. 2).
For Simmons, the news comes on the back of his career-high 22 rebound effort against the New York Knicks. In addition to that stunning total, he chipped in with 20 points, while dishing out nine dimes in perhaps the most dominant performance of his young career.
Simmons remains heavily in the mix to receive his first All-Star jersey later this month, with the All-Star game to be held in Charlotte on February 17. The 76ers star is currently fourth among East guards, with 695,032 votes, while boasting averages of 16.6 points, 9.4 rebounds and 8.2 assists per game on the season.

Simmons wasn't the only Australian to crack the top-ten in jersey sales, with Utah Jazz forward, Joe Ingles, coming in at No. 10.
The full list is as follows:
LeBron James, Los Angeles Lakers
Dwyane Wade, Miami Heat
Ben Simmons, Philadelphia 76ers
Derrick Rose, Minnesota Timberwolves
Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee Bucks
Jayson Tatum, Boston Celtics
Kyrie Irving, Boston Celtics
Jimmy Butler, Philadelphia 76ers
Stephen Curry, Golden State Warriors
Joe Ingles, Utah Jazz
With Simmons' Philadelphia teammate, Jimmy Butler, also making the list it should be no surprise to see the 76ers sit second on overall team sales, only trailing the Lakers in that category.
