Aussies in NBA: The Outback Comic

It's not often you see our Australians in the NBA gathered around a campfire in the lonely outback, daubed in aboriginal paint, serenading kangaroos while having a few beers, with a crocodile mate touting the Southern Cross. In fact, that's likely never happened before. Not even when the beers are Victoria Bitters (go away, Foster's).

Our talented mate at Courtside Scribbles put together this original illustration featuring current Aussies in the NBA like Andrew Bogut, Matthew Dellavedova, Dante Exum and Patty Mills, plus the legendary Luc Longley, who played a valuable role in the Jordan-era Bulls' second three-peat and is arguably the most successful Australian in the NBA ever.
