56 points: Liz Cambage enjoys a Chinese buffet
After missing three straight Women's Chinese Basketball Association games for her team Shanxi, Liz Cambage's return to the court just after Christmas turned into a Chinese buffet.
Cambage enjoyed a four-course banquet, delivering a monster 56 points to ensure a home victory over Sichuan 84-82 in a close contest.

Having opened up a commanding 15 point lead in the first quarter, Shanxi foudn themselves trailing by 2 at the final change. Yet the 6'8 FIBA World Cup silver medalist stepped it up to another level in the fourth, amassing 16 of Shanxi's 21 final quarter points to set up the narrow win.
For the visitors, Cheyenne Parker added 25 points and Chen Yanyu 22 points, but Sichuan just had no answer for Cambage and her dominance throughout the contest.
Earlier in the season, Cambage came up with a steal, killer crossover and then a dunk in transition to capture the imagination of the league and their huge following across China. Her team Shanxi now sit in equal fourth place with Bayi, with both teams boasting a 12-3 record.
