Aussies in NBA: Humphries and Mathiang agree to NBA Summer League deals
After going undrafted in yesterday's NBA Draft, the Washington Wizards and Charlotte Hornets have signed Aussies Isaac Humphries and Mangok Mathiang to NBA Summer League deals, respectively.

Humphries, who averaged 2.8 points and 2.8 rebounds in just over 8 minutes per game at Kentucky, will have the chance to prove to the Wizards, along with all other NBA teams, that he is worthy of a roster spot. He will suit up for Wizards in the Las Vegas Summer League in July.
Although his numbers at Kentucky were far from eye-catching, the 7'0" centre worked out for many teams prior to the Draft, with the Wizards being one of those teams.

Mathiang, who played college ball for Lousiville, has found himself a Summer League team in the Charlotte Hornets. After going undrafted, as the big boards predicted, Mathiang will be suiting up at the Orlando Summer League which starts on July 2nd (Australian time).
Jeff Greer broke the Mathiang news.
Mathiang, 6'8", showed plenty of potential in his time at Lousville, averaging 7.8 points and 6 rebounds in just under 21 minutes of game time in his final season with the Cardinals.
Let's not forget his game-winner against Virginia in 2015!
Good luck to the Aussies as they chase their NBA dreams!
