Australian U19 Emus show signs of promise in pre-Worlds tournament
The Australian U19 Men's squad has completed their pre-Worlds tour, with the 2015 FIBA U19 World Championship just days away.

The squad began their trip in Spain, playing three games in Logroño - facing Croatia, Spain and Canada. After an impressive 2-1 record over their first three games, the squad travelled to Dubrovnik, Croatia (The location of Game of Thrones' Kings Landing) - facing Croatia, Greece and the Montenegro U20's squad.
As expected, the squad plays with a lot of energy, looking to push the ball in transition as much as possible. Dejan Vasiljevic and Jack White have had impressive performances in the lead-up to the World Championship, while Jack McVeigh and Kyle Clark have also showed signs of promise.
The Emus finished their pre-Worlds tournament in fifth place.

The Emus have arrived in Crete, Greece and begin their FIBA U19 World Championship campaign against Canada on Saturday, tipping off at 10:30pm (AEST).
