Deng Adel leads Summer League Rockets to victory with 20 point performance
The Houston Rockets concluded their final Summer League game with a 105-96 win against the Denver Nuggets, and Deng Adel led the charge.
Adel was once again in the starting lineup, together with William McDowell-White, and had his best Summer League performance with 20 points (7/10 FG, 3/5 3P), 7 assists, 1 steal, 1 block in almost 29 minutes of play.
McDowell-White had 2 points and played 6:55 minutes.

Adel's solid outside shooting in this game forced defences to bite on shots, and get to the rim. He led the team in scoring, and was second in assists behind Chris Chiozza (8).

Over 5 games, the Sudanese-Australian forward averaged 8.2 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists in 24.4 minutes per game, and put forth a strong case to make a return to the NBA in the coming season.
