BC Zalgiris Kaunas are the reigning Lithuanian Cup and League champions who will also be returning to play in the prestigious Euroleague competition next season. They are assembling an impressive roster, also recently adding Lithuanian national team members Mantas Kalnietis and Martynas Pocius and will be expected to once again challenge for the title and be a serious threat in Euroleague.
After going close to securing a place on the Utah Jazz' roster last season and again performing well in 2015 NBA Summer League, the former Washington State star returns to Europe after a stint with Granarolo Bologna in Italy for the 2013/14 season. Motum was weighing up a partially guaranteed contract with the Jazz, but instead has chosen the security of a deal with one of the best teams in Europe.
