EuroView: Rebecca Allen named Slovakian Player of the Week
Our Australian women are dominating all over Europe, with some even leading the way in various leagues across the continent.
Rebecca Allen has deservedly earned EuroBasket's Slovakian Player of the Week after scoring 19 points and 5 rebounds in Good Angels Košice's win over Nitra. Her side will soon begin competing in the highly regarded European Cup and they are shaping up to be one of the teams to beat.
Tess Madgen, Steph Talbot and Nicole Seekamp are all in the top 11 for scoring in the Polish league. Madgen is averaging 18.7 points per game, Talbot with 17.6 points per game and Seekamp with 13 points per game. Talbot and Seekamp's AZS Gorzow Wielkopolski sits on top of the table with a 4-1 record.

Nicole Romeo has come out of the woodwork, delivering a solid game for Campus Promete in Spain with 14 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists in their 83-58 win over CREF Hola.
Dynamo Moscow are also getting value out of Australians, with Alex Bunton and Katie-Rae Ebzery playing well. Bunton is averaging 11.3 points per game and 11 rebounds, while Ebzery is sitting on 8.7 points per game.
Cayla George had yet another solid week after delivering 16 points and 7 rebounds in UNIQA Sopron's 79-88 loss to Uni Gyor in Hungary.

Aussie veteran Natalie Hurst has kicked off her season in KBSL in Turkey with Hatay after winning the SuperCup title, and we are expecting big things from the guard who averaged 16.4 points, 4.2 assists and 3.8 rebounds last season.
The EuroLeague will kick off in the coming days, which will see the likes of Hurst, George and Rachel Jarry coming up against each other in one of the toughest leagues filled with some of the best players around the world.
